Lloris rubbish

Incredibly the Hugo Lloris rubbish is all over the internet, everywhere you turn another site site is rehashing the same made up garbage, Spurs are about to lose Lloris.

Lloris rubbish

Tottenham Hotspur are lining up a £9 million rated keeper, Al Alhamada from Toulouse. The original story made up by the Sunday People and retold by it's sister paper the Daily Mirror is still being rewritten by websites not doing a basic bit of research on the story.

The garbage has gone overseas and is coming back again with The Metro (a free London piece of waste paper) reporting Finchajes story. Websites once again pick up the story and give it credence by simply rehashing the same old garbage without the most basic of checks. If you do checks then it's clear the story has no truth in it, it's just been made up by a reporter.

Gullible springs to mind when you read all these stories that have two rather major holes in them. The French Under 21 keeper firstly is not worth £9 million, transfermarkt list his current value as £1.76 million. How much did Hugo Lloris cost? An initial £8 million with add-ons, this guy costs more than one of the worlds best keepers?

Does it honestly sound likely? Especially when you consider the original story and the first rehashing of it said Spurs are watching Al Alhamada.

The slight problem with that is the fact that he hasn't played a single game since 23rd August. How exactly do you watch a guy who isn't playing?

He is not even good enough to get into the Toulouse side, he isn't injured because he keeps sitting on the bench.

So a keeper whose value puts him in the Hugo Lloris class can't even make the side of and wasn't picked for the last 17 games of last season either, so out of the last 26 Ligue 1 games he has played just 1.

Sound like a £9 million keeper to you?

Sound like the sort of fee Daniel Levy would pay for a keeper who can't even get a game for a mid table team in the French league, a fee he isn't worth anything near?

This story should never have seen the light of day, it is complete fabrication, Tottenham are watching Ben Yedder at Toulouse the forward who has scored 10 goals in his last 12 Ligue 1 games, not a keeper who isn't even playing and no he's not even playing Cup games either.
