England Squad speaks volumes

This is the final 23-man England squad named by Roy Hodgson ahead of the next 2016 European Championships in France.

Fabian Delph, Danny Drinkwater and Andros Townsend didn't make the squad and Daniel Sturrifge is perhaps lucky to be among the squad. Central defence is the major concern where we have three players not really up to the task, Cahill simply isn't an international standard player, Stones throws in a mistake every game that at this level will get punished. Chris Smalling is perhaps the most reliable now but you wouldn't find him in the defense of most other countries.

Goalkeepers
Joe Hart (Manchester City)
Fraser Forster (Southampton)
Tom Heaton (Burnley)

Defenders
Gary Cahill (Chelsea)
Chris Smalling (Manchester United)
John Stones (Everton)
Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur)
Ryan Bertrand (Southampton)
Danny Rose (Tottenham Hotspur)
Nathaniel Clyne (Liverpool)

Midfielders
Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur)
Ross Barkley (Everton)
Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur)
Jordan Henderson (Liverpool)
Adam Lallana (Liverpool)
James Milner (Liverpool)
Raheem Sterling (Manchester City)
Jack Wilshere ( Arsenal).

Forwards
Wayne Rooney (Manchester United)
Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City)
Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool)
Marcus Rashford (Manchester United)

Five Tottenham Hotspur players and five Liverpool players, the two teams who play pressing football. Only one player from Chelsea, only one from Arsenal and only two from Manchester City speaks volumes about these clubs and how they are not interested in England, as every club should be.
