Transfer Talk: Gabbiadini, Zaza, Dybala

TRANSFER TALK

The Italian media are reporting that 24-year-old (25 in November) Manolo Gabbiadini is dissatisfied with his role at Napoli. They have UEFA Champions League football next season but they think he could still seek a move. Tottenham are known to be one of the interested clubs, as are Crystal Palace, Stoke City, Swansea City and Southampton. He made just 8 starts as a centre-forward and was a substitute on 21 occasions. Fiorentina are considered top of the pecking order for him.

Simone Zaza is a target for West Ham and Southampton, he was a Tottenham target last summer before signing for Juventus as a reserve striker. He said at the time that Juventus was the only place he wanted to play his football and the news from Gazzetta dello Sport is that Juventus will not sell the 24-year-old (25 in June). The British press seem to think the Italians are asking for £19 million (€27.72m - US$27.72m - AUS$38.63m) for him, the Italian press say he isn't for sale.

Jose Mourinho wants Paulo Dybala at Manchester United but Juventus are not going to let him go, especially as it looks as though they are going to lose Alvaro Morata. He has a contract until 2010 and that will be extended by a year with an increase in wages from 2.5 million Eur to 4.5 million EUR plus bonuses. As Juventus are in a one team league he is certain to pick up plenty of bonus payments. Those contract talks have already started and it doesn't looks like he will be going anywhere, especially as Manchester United have no UEFA Champions League football to offer him. Some reports suggest that he has turned down Manchester United.
