Transfer talk: Stewart, US tour, Vecino

TRANSFER TALK

Former Spurs academy player Kevin Stewart, who moved to Liverpool, is now to be transferred to Hull City for £8 million (€9.05m - AUS$13.16m - US$10.43m) in the next 48 hours a report suggests. Good luck to him, he'll see some familiar faces.

The largest crowd to watch a Spurs game was against Seattle Sounders on 19 July 2014 where 55,349 turned up to watch, beating the previous attendance figure of 42,723 who came to watch us in Baltimore, MD in July 2012. That figure is expected to be easily beaten in Nashville where 45,000 tickets have already been sold and the organiser is expecting 60,000 at least.

Inter Milan are meeting with Alessandro Lucci, the agent of 25-year-old (26 in August) Fiorentina midfielder Matias Vecino, who it is reported to be interesting to Spurs. the reason given by Calciomercato is that Eric Dier has fallen off the Tottenham radrar with the arrival of Victor Wanyama. Not entirely accurate.

The Italians want to pay in three instalments while the players release clause is set at £21.24 million (€24m - AUS$34.85m - US$76.68m). The Uruguayan central midfielder is under contract until 2021.
